HOW TO FILE YOUR GRIEVANCES ? 

The process to file grievance is simple and requires the following easy steps to be followed:

    • Register yourself, free of cost, on the website. Registration is a must for filing a grievance. For registration you have a facility to choose your user ID and password.

    • After registering yourself, directly log on to the site by mentioning your user ID and password. Now you have access to the Grievance Forms.

    • Select the Form which best describes your grievance and click over its description.

    • After opening the Form, the first step will be to select the name of the company against whom you need to file your grievance. The website provides you an option of searching the company name in its online database (the site has a rich online database of companies).

    • In case you do not find the name of the company in our online database you will be provided with a facility to add the company details on our database. This can be done by requesting our administrator in the prescribed format to add the company. After you fill up the company addition request form, the helpline will check the details in its offline database and if the company details are found there, it will be automatically added to the online database. Users can file their grievance after 72 hours of making the request for company addition. In case the administrator fails to find the company in its offline database, the grievance will not be accepted by the helpline.

    • Once you find the name of the company in the online database, click on the company name and it will be automatically reflected on the grievance Form.

    • Fill up the Form according to the instructions given, filling all mandatory fields and submit the form.

HOW TO TRACK GRIEVANCE STATUS ? 

    • On successful registration of grievance, an automatically generated grievance ID will be allotted for every grievance lodged. User need not remember this twelve digit ID as he/she can trace his grievance status after logging in by clicking on Track Grievance Status link. Quoting the Grievance ID is mandatory for mailing of any enclosures or for future correspondence with helpline.

HOW TO INTERACT WITH THE ADMINISTRATOR ? 

    • The user is provided with a facility to intimate helpline about the status of his grievance by requesting helpline to prepare reminder or confirm redressal in the Track Grievance Status link. The helpline will also automatically update the status of the grievance lodged which can be checked by the end user by logging in and tracking his status.
