Ans. Any person who has grievances of those
securities which are not listed on Indian Stock Exchanges and/or Companies not
registered in India.

Ans. The Investor Helpline portal is developed
by Midas Touch Investors Association for providing a platform to the Investor
Redressal of Investor Grievance.
The Portal aims at informing and updating investor
about his Rights under Acts like Companies Act, SEBI Act etc. Midas Touch
Investors Association proposes to keep on adding investor friendly information
on the portal from time to time.

is optional. We have devised our processes in a fashion where all information
